We designed this policy to make each request clear and practical. Corkcicle accepts no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Return the item with its included parts and order details. Customized goods, clearance goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Free Return Shipping

Corkcicle pays return shipping for both no-reason returns and quality-related returns. We provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free-return arrangement before shipment back to us.

Refunds and Exchanges

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days after processing for the credit to appear. Orders may be canceled before shipment; after shipment, this Refund Policy applies.
